The Comfort Apartments (approx. 30–40 m²) feature a separate bedroom, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace. Air conditioning, satellite TV, and a bathroom with a shower or bathtub are also included in the standard amenities. The Duvabitat Apartments (approx. 50 m²) feature two bedrooms, a living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace, laundry room, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV.

The Aparthotel Duva & Spa offers a well-equipped fitness room, tennis courts, and an indoor pool for active recreation. The spa area includes a sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and a heated indoor pool. Massages can be booked on site.

The hotel offers breakfast or half board with a varied buffet. Meals are served in the restaurant, complemented by a bar offering snacks and drinks. All apartments also have their own kitchen for self-catering.
