Welcome to our Gravel Camps

Our guides are excited to welcome you to Greece at the beautiful Costa Navarino. We organize the Gravel Camps in two strength classes, ensuring that our guests neither feel under- nor over-challenged. You can decide on-site which pace and distances suit you best.

Our camp takes place in the surroundings of the small village of Gialova, an excellent starting point for cycling and gravel tours. Gialova is known for its breathtaking nature, quiet beaches, and the warm hospitality of the locals.

Participants are limited to 24 per camp.

Travel suggestions for arrival/departure

Direct flights to Kalamata on Friday

From/via Zurich with Edelweiss Air

1

Friday

Individual arrival

Recommended: Flight to Kalamata and transfer to the hotel. Both can be booked through us.

2

Saturday

Bicycle pick-up and introductory ride

Breakfast at the hotel, shuttle to the cycling station, handover of rental bicycles, bike fitting and briefing, start of the introductory ride, welcome event, followed by a group dinner.

Sunday

Tour 2, approx. 58-70km

Breakfast at the hotel, gravel tour, individual dinner at the hotel or in Gialova.

4

Monday

Tour 3, approx. 90km

Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the starting point of the tour, tour to Ancient Messene, individual dinner at the hotel or in Gialova.

Tuesday

Rest day

Rest day – the whole day at your disposal. Option for various day trips (e.g. Ancient Olympia), individual dinner at the hotel or in Gialova.

Wednesday

Tour 4, approx. 75 km & 1500m elevation – Queens’s stage

Breakfast at the hotel, Queens’s stage, individual dinner.

Thursday

Tour 5, approx. 50-70km

Breakfast at the hotel, cool-down tour, bicycle return at the cycling station, group farewell dinner at a village tavern.
