The hotel is located in the typical Mallorcan harbor town of Puerto Alcudia. The nearby sandy beach of Playa de Muro is one of the longest on the island. The town also offers a wide range of entertainment options, restaurants, bars, and shops. Visit the old town of Alcudia, which can be reached on foot in approx. 20 minutes.

Mediterranean warmth welcomes you in the suites, which are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a bathtub and rain shower, a vanity mirror, a hairdryer, a bathrobe, a free safe, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, an iron and ironing board, as well as a balcony or terrace. You can choose between the following room types: Junior Suite (33 sqm): Combined sleeping and living area in one open space. Suite (45 sqm): Combined sleeping and living area, plus a separate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Both categories differ only in size and location: With balcony or terrace (11sqm) and views of the surrounding area outside the hotel ground. With pool view and balcony or terrace (11 sqm). Swim-up with terrace (35 sqm) and direct access to the shared pool located on the ground floor. Penthouse with spacious roof terrace (42 sqm) and private whirlpool on the top floor, with panoramic views.

The Zafiro Palace Alcudia is ideal for cyclists, featuring a bicycle station with storage and a repair workshop. In addition to a heated outdoor pool with up to five lanes, perfect for triathletes, the hotel offers a heated indoor pool, a fully equipped fitness area, a Turkish bath, a sauna, and a spa where you can indulge in massages and treatments for an additional fee.

The hotel's cuisine is inspired by Asian, Mediterranean, and Italian influences and features four à la carte restaurants. Please note that the themed restaurants are accessible by prior reservation only and are not available for group bookings. Additionally, there is The Market buffet restaurant, which will surprise you with a wide variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner. The à la carte restaurants are open only from May to October. During months with lower guest occupancy, it is possible that only the buffet restaurant will remain open, offering à la carte options. Please inform the hotel of any food intolerances upon your arrival. Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan meals are available.

The hotel features excellent cycling infrastructure with a bicycle cellar and a workshop for self-use. The Huerzeler cycling station Puerto Alcudia with bicycle rental, workshop and boutique is located 300m away. Guided tours start from the Playa de Muro South station, about 5km away. In spring, we also offer guided tours in the Hobby & Fun strength classes from mid-March to mid-May starting from our cycling station Puerto Alcudia.
