The double and single rooms are located in the 13-storey "Tower" building and have bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, small fridge and rental safe for a fee, air conditioning and balcony. On the top floors you have a wonderful view of the sea and the bay of Playa de Palma. All Junior Suites - very modern and spacious - are located in the 4-storey main building with pool view and are equipped as follows: combined bedroom/living room, shower, separate WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, small fridge and rental safe for a fee, air conditioning and balcony.

The "starting point groups" for the guided tours is located in the station Playa de Palma Gran Fiesta, 1,8 km away; the boutique in the nearby stations "Occidental" or "Hipotels".
