Sorting search results in the online booking engine
The search results are automatically sorted by price, with the cheapest available offer appearing at the top. We do not offer advertising placements within the online booking engine, nor can providers and service carriers influence the sorting through sponsorship.
Alternative display
The results of the alternative display are sorted based on a points system. This is intended to ensure that the most relevant result for the search is listed at the top. Criteria for awarding points include: departure date, arrival date, number of nights, and distance to the chosen airport. Each of these points has its own weighting and contributes to the final result. The higher the score in relation to the search, the higher the placement in the list. Only six alternative offers are displayed at a time.
Different flight offers within a search result
In the search results for offers that include flights, multiple flight options from the desired airport may be displayed. This list first shows our special flights with special conditions, followed by scheduled flights. The main difference between the two types of flight offers is the cancellation conditions, which are generally more lenient for special flights than for scheduled flights. For more details on the distinction between special and scheduled flights, please refer to our general terms and conditions under section 7.2. Our travel agency teams are happy to provide clarification if needed. The secondary criterion for sorting is the flight price, with the cheapest option appearing at the top.
