City trip to Palma de Mallorca

Take a trip to Palma de Mallorca, the sophisticated capital of the Balearic Islands. Visit the numerous sights of the old town, for example the cathedral "La Seu", Palma's landmark, or the time-honored main square "Plaça Major". Palma de Mallorca is also a great place for shopping. Well-known brand stores, original boutiques and authentic craft stores compete for the attention of visitors on all sides. Treat yourself to a coffee or a snack in one of the many cafés and restaurants. From Playa de Palma you can easily reach Palma de Mallorca by bus. 

The beach Playa de Palma

Relax on the beautiful, fine sandy beach of Playa de Palma or enjoy the vacation feeling with a walk under the palms of the promenade. Here, hotels, restaurants and cafés are lined up in great variety. The beach is about 4.5 km long and is divided into 15 sections, so-called Balnearios. Around Balneario 6 you will find the party zone "Ballermann" which is well known by German tourists. 

Bad weather alternative: the Palma Aquarium

Visit the impressive "Palma Aquarium" at Balneario 14 and discover the world of the seas. Admire and observe over 700 species of marine life, including big sharks, rays and turtles. For a tour you plan best 3-4 hours.
